If you want to learn about how to stop sweaty armpits then read this article all the way to the end. Specifically, I’ll cover possible cause of excessive sweating, how our genes may be part of the problem too, and using natural methods to reduce sweating and most importantly what has worked for me!

If you have read this review before you can click here to try a natural stop sweat method.

Having an excessive sweating armpit is not from having to many sweat glands.  Sweating to much may be the result of overactive nerves cells. Men and women who sweat too much will find nervousness can add to the problem.  It may be impossible to avoid all situations that make use nervous, however being aware of potential situations may help reduce problems.  Our families may be to blame also.

Our genes may be part of the problem with excessive sweating armpits. Ask if other family members have this problem also. If so all may not be lost. One way to stop sweaty armpits is with anti-perspirant. If you have tried many different over the counter solution and it has not worked, try applying it before you go to bed and then again when you wake up.

What worked for me!

I was ready to try anything, and one brand that has worked for me is Degree Clinical Protection.  The good side is that it does work all day which is an amazing feeling. However, the downside is the cost.  It will set you back between $8-$10 per bottle, and its only 1.7 ounce container.  After a few moths you will be shelling out a bunch of money and you still haven’t solved the underlining problem.  Using natural methods can reduce sweating and for some stop it altogether.

Using natural methods can reduce sweaty armpits, such as avoiding certain foods such as onions, fish, garlic and spicy foods.  These foods can also be smelled in the sweat.  Removing underarm hair can help reduce bacteria buildup.

Solution #2 Mike Ramsey Stop Sweat Program

Mike Ramsey does not go over all the possible ways to stop sweaty armpits, but he has found a solution that works.  The best part about this is that you can solve your sweating issues in as little as 2 weeks.

Natural methods should be explored to stop sweaty armpits first with the direction of your doctor.  One natural method that many people have had success with is the Mike Ramsey Stop Sweat Program.

Other treatments have been used such as botox injections and surgery to cut nerve cells. Neither of these are guaranteed to work and can be costly and possibly dangerous. I am not a medical professional so please see your doctor if you have any questions about this issue.

Sweaty Armpit Tips – They Called Me Rags

October 20th, 2009 2 comments

I also earned the name rags because when I got out of college I used to go door to door for a local marketing company.  In the spring and fall it was cool enough not to sweat to much.

However, even living in the Northeast US the summers can get pretty hot.  So I would carry around a small towel in my back pocket to “towel off” before knocking on a door.

Even if I did towel off I still had huge pit stains under my arms and sweat stains on my back.  You not only look bad but you start to smell bad too.

Getting rid of excessive sweating was huge for me.  Not only can you lift up your arms with out wondering if you have a pit stain there.  You can get rid of the terrible self-conscious feeling you have about it.

I tried to find a picture from me a few years ago before I learned how to stop sweaty armpits and those pictures were hard to find.  If you have ever had this problem you are always checking to see if you have to hide your sweaty armpits.  I wouldn’t keep pictures if they had a big sweat spot.

Watch out for Hot Water

I know what its like to sweat a lot.  I have to ravel around for my job so I am in a out of air conditioning all day long talking to clients.  I was sweating through my shirts all the time and eventually had to start bringing 2 shirts with me to change in the middle of the day.  That gets to be a pain in the neck very quickly.

Quick tip: shower early or with cooler water:

I found myself sweating a lot right before I went on big interviews.  I had an excessive sweating armpit and all over my body and face when I was getting dressed and driving to an appointment.  This was really bad when I was getting ready to leave in the middle of the day.  What I found was that if I showered earlier, or I used cooler water I was not sweating hardly at all.  I like really hot showers and it would raise my temperature and after I got out I would be sweating profusely.
